Exchanges

Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, accompanied by an invoice/receipt or exchange note. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If the purchase is a gift and a longer exchange time is needed, you can request the desired date (up to a month in advance of the order date) in the shipping notes.

Please make sure the product has not been used, is in its original packaging, and has an invoice/receipt or exchange note attached.

To exchange the item, please ensure it arrives at our studio:

Send the item by registered mail, along with a note including your name, contact phone number, and return address. Please also note who you spoke with when you contacted us.

We will contact you once the product arrives and update you on next steps.
6. The replacement item will be sent back to you by registered mail, free of charge.
7. Items that have already been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
Refunds
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us by phone or email upon receipt of the item +972-544-284-284 or info@anatcollection.com.

A refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned product, along with an invoice/receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Anat Dvarim Yafim reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the item's cost or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

The returned product must arrive back to us within two weeks of the customer receiving it.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of the item arriving back to us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please include a note with your name, phone number, and reason for return in the package.
