Shipping within Israel — Israel Post
Free for all orders. Items ship from our studio within 3 business days of your order. Registered mail typically arrives within 21 business days, depending on Israel Post's service times.
International Shipping
Free with Registered Airmail. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days from ship date (occasionally a few days longer).
Express Shipping with UPS/DHL
$25. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from ship date.
Please note: you may be charged customs fees according to your country's regulations — these are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds
If your jewelry doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us first at +972-544-284-284 or info@anatcollection.com before sending anything back.

Refunds are issued within 48 hours of us receiving your returned item, provided it's unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase — in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the item's cost or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply, per Consumer Protection Law.

Returns must reach us within two weeks of you receiving the item.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the item arriving back to us.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
International customers: due to customs and regulations, please contact us as soon as possible before returning or exchanging an item.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the date you receive your order, along with your invoice/receipt or exchange note. Please contact us before sending anything back — reach us at +972-544-284-284 or info@anatcollection.com.
